APO/FPO addresses will be shipped by USPS. Postal charge will be added to the order. Some items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Due to the increase in credit card fraud, if you are placing an order for the first time we will ship the order to your billing address only. If you are placing an order for the first time and include a separate shipping address, we will contact you to varify the order before processing. We accept all returns on new merchandise within 20 days of the original dated receipt or invoice. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your returned items. Please send your return freight/postage prepaid and insured. We do not accept merchandise sent back C.O.D. and we are not responsible for lost merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in its original packaging. We will be unable to process your return if the merchandise is deemed used. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing and items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. During the limited warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at Mackin Industries’ option, without charge for either parts or labor. This limited warranty shall not apply if the product is modified, tampered with, misused, or subjected to abnormal working conditions (including, but not limited to, lightning and water damage). REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE. MACKIN INDUSTRIES SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, FAILURE TO REALIZE SAVINGS OR OTHER BENEFITS, DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, AND CLAIMS AGAINST THE PURCHASER BY ANY THIRD PERSON, EVEN IF MACKIN INDUSTRIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Follow tire manufacturers instructions with regard to tire sizing and load capabilities. Mount tires on wheels only with mounting equipment designed for performance aluminum wheels. All wheel applications are suggestions only and do not constitute Mackin Industries endorsement of any specific application. Before mounting wheels, check fender, suspension and brake clearances. Mounted wheels cannot be returned. Use adhesive balancing weights only. Clip-on weights can damage alloy wheels and their clear coating. Retain a set of original hardware for use with spare tire and wheel assembly. Torque lug nuts/bolts to the vehicle manufacturer’s alloy wheel specifications at time of installation and after the first 1,000 miles. Do not use spacers to resolve any clearance problems. If used, user bears all responsibility. Check for excessive or insufficient stud length. Warning: Use of wheels with excessive vehicle loads or improper tire sizes may cause wheel failure. Mackin Industries warrants to the original purchaser that wheels distributed by Mackin Industries will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at time of purchase. Mackin Industries obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair, or, at Mackin Industries option, replacement without charge except for transportation and installation of any wheel in which Mackin Industries opinion is defective in material or workmanship. The Mackin Industries warranty is valid for wheels purchased in the United States and when the wheel is returned to the authorized dealer from whom it was purchased, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase. This warranty is the sole exclusive warranty given with respect to the wheels and all other express warranties are hereby excluded. Neither Mackin Industries nor an authorized Mackin Industries dealer who sells the wheels is responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations on implied warranties and/or the limitation or exclusion of certain damages may not apply to you.
